They can be easily trimmed to fit the width you need. There are 3 sizes in this assortment, 4 small for ball pein hammers, they measure approximately 1-1/4” wide, 1-1/2” long and 3/16” thick, tapered down to 0”. 4 medium size for claw hammers, they measure 1-1/2” wide, 2-1/2” long and 3/8” thick tapered down to 0”. 4 large for single and double bit axes. They measure approximately 3” wide, 2-1/2” long, and 3/8” thick tapered down to 0”.
