Mercruiser 5.0 engine complete with Alpha One

Description

The 1988 Bayliner Capri that originally contained this engine/outdrive combo was damaged by a tree.  The boats freshwater only drivetrain ran well through the end of 2021 season.  The drivetrain was run tested and removed before the boat was discarded in October of 2022.  The 1988 Mercury Marine 305 cubic inch 4 stroke V8 features a  2 BBL carb and makes 200 HP.  The package includes the R/MR/Alpha One  gimbal and outdrive assembly.  An SE 106 (alpha 1) replacement lower unit with prop is included.  The entire boat engine harness, engine gauges, shift selector, and outdrive hydraulic lift pump are included.  The 2 BBL carb was replaced in 2020 as was the fuel pump.  Repairs have been made to the block at the water jackets and to both risers with cold weld.  No oil and water mix is evident.  No leaks were found at repair areas when run tested.  Outdrive functioned as designed when run tested.  One hydraulic lift line was cut in the removal process and will need replaced.  This would make an excellent temporary drivetrain or be a great parts drivetrain.  Engine Serial Number is 0D703060.  Outdrive Serial Number is 0D331616.  The engine/drivetrain assembly weighs 1121 pounds on the pallet.  We have a fork lift and can facilitate local loading.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost.  Shipping to commercial addresses in US please.
