EVCO's trim cylinders are direct replacement for most Mercruiser Trim Cylinders. Our Trim Cylinder product line consists of these applications:
Trim Cylinder Part Number 9B-102-01 Replaces 78-82 "R" Style trim cylinders that have one trim line at the front and one at the rear. This Trim Cylinder is universal in fit and will replace both port and starboard Mercruiser Trim Cylinders.
Trim Cylinder Part Number 9B-104-01 and 9B-104-02 Replaces some 1983 to 1990 Mercruiser Alpha One Trim Cylinders. This is the shorter of the Trim Cylinders and measures approximately 15-1/2 inches from the boat end to the end of the Trim Cylinder body. Do not include the endcap or rod of the trim cylinder in this measurement.
Trim Cylinder Part Number 9B-106-01 and 9B-106-02 Replaces some 1983 to 1990 Mercruiser Alpha One Trim Cylinders. This is the longer of the Trim Cylinders and measures approximately 16-3/16 inches from the boat and to the end of the Trim Cylinder body. Do not include the endcap or rod or the Trim Cylinder is this measurement.
Trim Cylinder Part Number 9B-116-01 and 9B-116-02 Replace all Mercruiser Alpha One Gen II Trim Cylinders from 1991 to present. This trim cylinder is easily identifies by the wing that protudes along the side of the Trim Cylinder. It is also unique in that it uses clips to retain the Trim cylinder on the trim pin instead of a nut like all the other Trim Cylinders.
Trim Cylinder Part Number 9B-121-01 and 9B-121-02 Replace all Mercruiser Bravo I, II and III Trim Cylinders.
