Millennium Betsy McCall" is a 14" doll by Robert Tonner Betsy McCall Family Collection.
She was issued in 2000 and now retired.
A convention doll limited to 200 from the second Betsy Convention called "The Past, Present, and Future" Mesquite Texas May 5th to 7th 2000.
Betsy is wearing a beautiful shiny white vinyl A line dress with silver ribbon decor. On the front upper side is a silver 2000. Her matching hat is also white vinyl that buttons under her chin. Tights are metallic silver knit and she sports darling white vinyl mid calf boots with straps going across the instep and silver buckles for decor.
Betsy has dark brown hair and brown eyes, still wears a hair net and hang tag on her arm. Comes in original box with original packaging and paperwork.💥One Issue has slight issue on raincoat which is Detailed in 4 photo.💥
