Vintage Sheer Red Dress fits Betsy +Bloomers & Hair Bow (No Doll)

o  This vintage untagged dress fits Betsy.  The sheer red dress has a large white collar and is trimmed with white heart lace.  It closes with a snap.  I added the red ribbon sash to the waist and the red bow to the collar.  I found no holes or tears.
o  I made
the red bloomers and the red ribbon hair bow that attaches with a pin.
