Vintage True Temper Target No 16 Drop Claw Hammer 16 Oz Ounce Original Handle

Description

Nice True Temper Target No 16 claw hammer with original handle.  As you can see from the photos, the hammer is in great condition for its age.
The head is firmly attached to the handle.  The head is clean, but there are spots of patina.  The face and claw show typical signs of wear.  The markings on the steel are clearly visible.  The head still has some of the original paint.
The handle is in great shape.  No visible chips or cracks.  The handle is marked "Target."  The markings are worn, but they can still be made out.
Hammer weighs approximately 1 pound, 5 ounces, so I assume it is a 16 ounce head.
Hammer was cleaned using nonabrasive techniques.  Cleaning included the removal of some spots of light surface rust.
